All home owners must have an insurance policy and a copy of the policy to be kept on file in our offices.
Pool Maintenance: Pool cleaning includes regular maintenance of pumps, filtration systems and chemical balance.[frame style=”modern” image_path=”https://kateoconorconsulting.com/wp-content/uploads/pool-servicing.jpg” link_to_page=”” target=”” description=”” size=”three_col_large”]

LANDSCAPING & GARDENING: Gardens and patios will be hosed and cleared of major debris. Leaves and other flotsam will be removed from the pool. Checking that the property is generally clean. Testing all electrical appliances (light bulbs). Checking all utilities – electricity, water, security systems. Check that all security equipment is functional. Watering plants. Cutting the grass. Landscaping and design. INSURANCE: All owners of houses must have an insurance policy and a copy of the policy to be kept on file in our offices. What are you going to do if your home is on fire? Preventative Maintenance for common areas in condominium and houses: This includes inspection of the electrical installations and the public sanitary installations. It will also include replacing outlets, switches, fuse boxes; minor repairs such as changing of light bulbs, the adjustment of keys and locks. Preventative Maintenance for Landscaping: This includes the cutting of the grass in the public areas, and the maintenance of the current existing plants (this does NOT include planting of grass or plants).[frame style=”modern” image_path=”https://kateoconorconsulting.com/wp-content/uploads/Image18.jpg” link_to_page=”” target=”” description=”” size=”three_col_large”]

Corrective maintenance: Quotations will be carried out according to the necessities presented at the moment, in accordance with the established budget, to carry out the corrective maintenance work such as: painting, repairs and improvements.
